Arrive at Delhi airport. Take a taxi to reach your hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
The morning begins with refreshing breakfast. Your guide will meet you at your hotel and ready to show you the best of Old and New Delhi. The tour will start with Old Delhi where you will visit the Jama Mosque- the largest mosque of India. In continuation we take a Rickshaw ride (Pedi cabs) through the 300 year’s old Chandni chowk bazaar to explore the historical lanes of Old Delhi and Asia’s largest spice market. At the end of the rickshaw ride we move on to Raj Ghat, the memorial of father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. It is a peaceful place with beautiful gardens. Later we head to British Delhi (New Delhi), drive pass the official home of President of India (Rashtrapati Bhavan) and India’s highest legislative body the parliament building. Also visit the Iconic India gate memorial to 90,000 India soldiers who died during World War 1. Our last visit for the day will be Qutub Minar UNESCO world heritage site. Overnight stay in Delhi.
After breakfast drive to Agra watch the landscape drastically change as you course through 220 kms between Delhi to Agra. Upon arrival we visit Agra fort It is one of the three strategic forts build by Mughal emperors. It enjoyed great prestige and significance when Agra served as their capital. The Mughal treasury was always kept in this massive giant fort. Rest of the time is yours you can visit Mehtab Bagh also called Moonlit garden, across the river which stretches over 950 square feet and is aligned perfectly with the Taj Mahal. When you stand within the garden you find mesmerising view of the temple of love, almost like a crowning jewel, framed by the trees and hedges that run up to the edges of the river bank. Morning enjoy the sunrise tour of Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal memorial to Love, is the tomb of Mumtaj Mahal, the wife of 5th Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, World’s richest man of his time. There are many architectural buildings in the world but what makes this building different than other is the love story behind this monument of Love. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After relaxing breakfast we drive to Pink city Jaipur. En route we make stop to visit Fatehpur sikri. Continue our drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur check in at your hotel. Evening will be at your leisure. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
After breakfast, you will be collected by your guide and taken to Amber fort. Enjoy elephant ride to reach up to the fort. After exploring Amber fort we head to the city for rest of the sightseeing tour. En route we stop to take picture of the amazing spectacle Jal Mahal (Water palace). Afternoon enjoy a local Jaipur style of artwork, block printing and stone cutting. Further we visit City palace- Built between 1729 and 1732, Located in the epicentre of the Pink city Jaipur. Also visit solar observatory Jantar Mantar. The observatory was built in 1716 A.D and contains 15 astronomical instrument complexes, one remain unfinished, of which 6 function with solar lithe and 11 by Lunar and stellar reflection. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Post breakfast leave for Jodhpur by road. Jodhpur -Founded in 1459 by Roa Jodha, a Rajput chief of the Kingdom of Marwar. It is also referred to as the Blue city due to the vivid blue painted house. Upon arrival visit MEHRANGARH FORT: 550 years old fort, stands proudly on a 125 m long hill is an architectural marvel. Also visit UMAID BHAWAN PALACE: It is one of the world’s largest private residences. This beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Umaid singh to provide employment to his people during a long drawn famine in the early 20th century. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Have your breakfast and drive to Udaipur – City of lakes. En route visit famous Jain temples of Ranakpur. Ranakpur Temple: Beautiful sculptured Jain temples mark the glory of this renowned place. Marked as one of the five holy places for the Jain community, these were created in the 15 the century. The central Chaumukha [four faced temple] is dedicated to Adinathji the temple is an astounding creation with 29 halls and 1,444 pillars all distinctly carved and no two being alike is an amazing evidence of the genius sense of architecture that enhances the charm of the place. Every temple has this conceivable surface carved with equal delicacy. Overall Ranakpur is known as ' The tranquil pilgrimage town. Continue drive to Udaipur. (Ranakpur Temple is open from 12PM to 5 PM). Upon arrival enjoy a sunset cruise on Lake Pichola. Evening will be at your leisure. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Udaipur- City of Lakes Surrounded by ancient mountains and set on the edge of the lakes. It is referred as city of Lakes, which make this city most Romantic city of India. Udaipur was founded in 1559 and named after Maharana Udai singh. After delicious breakfast your guide meets you at your hotel. Visit the largest palace complex in Rajasthan CITY PALACE. In the Afternoon visit JAGDISH TEMPLE the most beautiful temple of Udaipur and later enjoy free time to walk around lakes. Evening enjoy a cultural event DHAROHAR a showcase of 7 Rajasthani folk dances in a 17th century historic old mansion. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
In Time transfer to the airport to board flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi take onwards flight.
