Agra to Jaipur also takes 5-6 hours
Travelling by road is the most preferred way as you can also visit enroute places like Fatehpur sikri, Bharatpur Bird century and Abhaneri stepwells.

Abhaneri Stepwells– is a small village of the Dausa district in Northern Rajasthan located 95 kms from Jaipur. Chand Baori is one of the Oldest and most popular attractions of Rajasthan. It was built in 9th century AD, one of the largest stepwells in the world.
